		Will Pope Will has had a long and distinguished career in the environmental services industry. In 1990 he was a member of the MBO team that purchased Inspectorate PLC for c. £11m and acted as Director of Environmental Services worldwide until its sale for £36m in 1995. In that year Will then led the MBI/MBO of Casella Group Ltd, purchased for £500k, and spent ten years building that from a loss-making 45 man operation into a profitable 825+ employee, international business with peak sales of £66m. Casella was sold for £35m in 2005, and Will now acts as CEO of Microbial Solutions, an H2O investee company. Will is Vice President of the Institution of Environmental Sciences, a Director of the Society of the Environment, and non-executive Chairman of NHS’ Northamptonshire Teaching Primary Care Trust. He also acts as Chairman of IEG Technologies UK Ltd, AAR Environmental Ltd and as a non-executive director of the East of England Development Agency and JSW Technologies Ltd..
