Sumeet is a medical doctor with over 8 years of diversified commercial experience in the pharmaceutical sector in India and the UK. Before joining H2O, Sumeet was working as a strategy and business development consultant to a mid-sized pharmaceutical client in the UK. He has, in the past, held various sales, marketing, strategy and business development roles with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and J&J in India. Sumeet led the strategic planning process for three businesses of Pfizer in India (General Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health) and was involved with a variety of projects ranging from portfolio development, market reach expansion, licensing and alliance management, rural market access, organizational change and restructuring, public policy, brand management and clinical trial initiation. Sumeet has an MBA with distinction from Said Business School, University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from University of Mumbai.
