Dr Fiona Marston
Fiona has been actively involved in the start-up and management of companies since 1995, as a co-founder of four businesses.  Until November 2007 she was Chief Executive of Novacta Biosystems, a company she co-founded and led since 2003.  Fiona has a proven track record in the establishment and strategic development of businesses including raising finance, negotiating commercial & investment deals and building stakeholder value.   Her early career was in venture capital with Rothschild Asset Management and J&J Development Corporation and commercial management, with Celltech plc and CRC Technology Limited.  Fiona has a PhD in Biochemistry (Kent) and an MBA (London Business School).
