		Dr. David Kelly Until March 2006, David was Director of Business Development at Oxitec, a rapidly growing biotechnology company that he co-founded as a spinout from Oxford University in 2002. David has a proven track record of developing international bioscience business, raising substantial risk capital and soft money income, negotiating partnerships and building shareholder value.
