		Andrew Baum Andrew is a highly respected figure in European property research and fund management having been at the forefront of developments in the property sector over the past 20 years. He is a member of the investment committee for CBRE Investors’ global multi manager team (CBREi GMM) and a member of the Supervisory Board for the Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust; and from 2000 to 2007 he was also a non-executive director of Grosvenor Limited. CBREi GMM was formed upon the acquisition by CBRE of OPC, which Andrew founded in 2001. CBREi GMM now has approaching £3bn of indirect property assets under management. OPC’s information business was re-acquired by its management and Andrew chairs the new entity, Property Funds Research. Andrew has also held senior executive positions at Prudential and Henderson Global Investors. Andrew Baum is Chairman of Cartesia Investments Limited, an H2O investee company. He is also a part-time professor of Land Management at the University of Reading, a Fellow of the Society of Property Researchers and qualified member of the RICS and the CFA Institute, he is a visiting faculty member on the Harvard University Advanced Management Program, USA, and a Fellow of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, Netherlands.
